All members of the Drexel University community are invited to a celebration of Research, Innovation, Scholarship and Creativity with a day of posters and presentations at the Daskalakis Athletic Center on Thursday, April 18, 2013.
Student participants are eligible for cash prizes and all members of the University community are invited and encouraged to present their work for all to appreciate.

The Big Day is Here!
Check-in for posters runs from 9:00 to 11:00 AM in the Main Gym, Daskalakis Athletic Center (33rd and Market Streets). Judging time slots begin at 11:00 AM and wrap up at 2:30 PM.
We'll have first come, first served breakfast so make sure to get here early.

Abstract Submission and Registration Now Closed
The abstract submission and registration system has been closed and we are no longer accepting new registrations. Thank you to the almost 500 students, faculty, and professional staff who registered - we can't wait to see your work!
We will be in touch with registrants shortly with final confirmation of your submission and a letter of acceptance (all legitimate abstract submissions are accepted). Abstract Submission and Registration Close in One Week
The deadline to register and submit abstracts for Research Day is this coming Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 11:59 PM. Submitting an abstract (a short description of your project) is a simple process and can be completed online in just a few minutes. Once the abstract is submitted, participants will have about a month to prepare their posters and displays for the April 18 event. Please reference last year's program for almost 500 great examples of Research Day abstracts.

The Research Day abstract submission and registration system is now open! The submission process has been simplified, making it even easier to submit your research project. Abstracts and registrations will be accepted until 11:59 PM on Thursday, March 21, 2013.

Wanted: Judges for Research Day
To make the day very special for the Drexel research community, we rely on our own faculty to serve as judges for this important day. We will be offering three time slots:
- Slot A - 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Slot B - 12:00 to 1:30 p.m.
- Slot C - 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.
Lunch will be provided for our hard-working judges.
Your leadership in this event will be a model for your students, as well as interesting for you to see the diverse and impressive work being done here at Drexel. Thank you for your time and participation.
